Return & Refund Policy

We value our customers and strive to deliver high-quality products and services. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase, as it explains our rules regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

No Returns

Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been placed and delivered, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that arrive defective, damaged, or in the wrong size (where sizing applies). Customers must contact us within [X days, e.g., 7 days] of delivery and provide proof (such as photos) for us to arrange an exchange.

Order Abuse (Spam/Fraudulent Orders)

To maintain fairness and protect our store, customers who place more than three fraudulent or spam orders may have their account permanently suspended and be restricted from making future purchases.


No Returns Policy

All sales made through our store are final. For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been processed and delivered. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that items cannot be returned simply because of a change of mind or preference.


Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Although returns are not permitted, we take product quality very seriously. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within [X days, e.g., 7 days] of delivery. Please provide your order number and photographic evidence of the issue.

If approved, we will:

  • Replace the defective or damaged item at no additional cost, or
  • Provide store credit of equal value if a replacement is unavailable.

Claims submitted after the stated timeframe may not be eligible for replacement.


Exchanges

We only offer exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • The item was sent in the wrong size, color, or variant (if applicable).

To be eligible, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Exchanges must be requested within [X days] of receiving the order.


Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, beverages).
  • Personal care or hygiene products.
  • Digital products or downloadable content.
  • Gift cards, store credits, or promotional items.
  • Sale or clearance items.

We reserve the right to monitor all transactions to protect the integrity of our business and our customers.

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Shipping costs for exchanges (when applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
